Fierce In My Dreams

Shy, soft, kind; that’s how I am,

I dream fiercely,

About what I’ve manifested, 

The fierce, feisty version of me, 

Not unkind but passionate, loving,

I see what I am not, 

Independent, pretty, unapologetic, 

I dream all I aspire to be, 

I might not do certain things in reality, 

But I dream of owning a home, 

A built-in library.

 Every little thing, all mine, 

And that’s all the love mingled into a dream.
